Refunds in-full for cancellations or rescheduling done more than 24hrs prior to appointment time. Cancellations require 24hr notice to avoid cancellation charge (50% of consultations cost). 60 minute consultations are required for visits that occur immediately following any new restaging scans, additional imaging, or any other changes in treatments by your oncologist. It is encouraged, and most helpful, that your most recent clinical chart, imaging reports, and blood work from your medical oncologist be up-loaded into the patient portal at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.
